INGREDIENTS: 55lbs Pork, 3/4 cup salt, 1 lbs (scant) brown sugar, 2 ounces liquid smoke, 1/2 cup black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons salt peter(optional), 1 tables spoon mace, 1/2 cup morton quick tender, 1 teaspoon red pepper. DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients together. May be used as is, to freeze, can or be stufed into casings. YIELD: 35 Quarts.

INGREDIENTS: 2 ounces of morton tender quick, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 pinch saltpeter, 4 teaspoons brown sugar, 5 ounces of water, 5 lbs ground chicken. DIRECTIONS: mix together and cook like regular burgers. This recipe works best if the chicken is ground up real fine.

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 lbs hamburger, 1 pkg egg noodles, 1/2 lbs grted cheese, 1/4 cup diced green pepper, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can evaporated milk, 1/4 cup diced onion. DIRECTIONS: cook noodles for 10 minutes. Fry hamburger, onion & green pepper until hamburger is done. Combine soup, milk & hamburger mixture and pour it over noodles in a casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until done (cheese is browned)
