INGREDIENTS- 3 lbs of Hamburger, 2 Eggs, 3/4 cup Oatmeal, 1/4 cup Milk, 1 small onion diced, 1/4 cup chopped celery, salt, pepper, thyme. TOPPING- 3/4 cup Ketchup, 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, 1 teaspoon Mustard. DIRECTIONS- Mix the hamburger, eggs, oatmeal, milk, onion & celery throughly.Season to taste with the salt, pepper & thyme. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix together the topping ingredients and brush it on yop of the meatloaf. Place back in the oven and bake until done.

INGREDIENTS: 10 - 12 medium sized cooked & diced potatoes, 6 hard-boiled eggs- cubed, 1/3 cup diced celery, 1/4 cup diced green peppers, 1/2 cup pickle relish, salt to taste, 3 cups mayonaisse, 1/3 cup sugar. DIRECTIONS: Mix mayo & sugar together add remianing ingredients and toss.
