INGREDIENTS 5 cups Prairie Gold High Protien Whole Wheat Flour, 5 cups water, 2/3 cup Canola Oil, 2/3 cup Honey, 1-1/2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of liquid lethican, 1/4 cup wheat gluten, 3 tablespoons yeast, 5 cups Seal of Minnestoa Flour. DIRECTIONS- Place all the ingredients in the order given (except the Seal of Minnestoa Flour) in a mixer bowl with beaters and beat until frothy- about 3 minutes. Exchange the beaters for a bread hook and continue. Add the Seal of Minnesota flour 1 cup at a time. The dough should be smooth, elastic and a wee bit tacky to the touch. Put the beaters back on and and beat for 6-8 minutes on high. Take out of the bowl and divide into 5 loaves. Roll them out lengthwise, prick the top with a fork , place them in a warm loaf pan, cover and let rise until double. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you dont like crusty bread place the loaf in a plasic bag immediately after it comes out of the oven. seal the bag. Once the inside of the bag has developed a light layer of moidture on the inside remove the loaf of bread and let cool normally.
