INGEDIENTS : 2 Tablespoons Margarine; 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup sugar; 1 cup flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; Pinch of salt; 1 pint of sweetened canned fruit. DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients, except canned fruit; pour into an 8x8 inch baking dish; top with canned fruit; bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until well done; YIELD: 3 to 4 servings

INGREDIENTS: 1 lbs Powdered Sugar; 1/2 cup cocoa; 6 tablespoon Margarine; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 4 tablespoon milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 cup chopped nuts DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients, except nuts, in top of double boiler.Place over hot water and stir until smooth; add nuts; spread into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan; let cool and cut into squares.

INGREDIENTS: 1 loaf white bread(20 ounces), 4 medium size potatoes, 1 small carrot, 1 stem celery (leaves and all), 1/4 cup chicken soup base, 3 eggs beaten, 1/4 teaspoon sage, 1/4 teaspoon back pepper, 1 pint chicken broth with chicken pieces, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup onions, 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning, 3 cups milk. DIRECTIONS: Toast bread and cube, dice veggies and cook in 2 cups water and the soup base until tender, When vegetables are done mix them with remainder of ingredients. Grease a 9x13x2 inch cake pan fill with stuffing and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or until firm and lightly browned.
