Description:	INGREDIENTS: 55lbs Pork, 3/4 cup salt, 1 lbs (scant) brown sugar, 2 ounces liquid smoke, 1/2 cup black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons salt peter(optional), 1 tables spoon mace, 1/2 cup morton quick tender, 1 teaspoon red pepper. DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients together. May be used as is, to freeze, can or be stufed into casings. YIELD: 35 Quarts.
