COMBINE: 4 cups Flour, 2 teaspoon salt, 6 teaspoon baking powder. In a bowl mix 1 1/3 cups milk with 2/3 cups oil. DIRECTIONS: Pour oil mixture over dry ingredients; mix with a fork until smooth.
