Description:	INGREDIENTS: 10 potatoes-cooked, peeled and diced, 1 medium onion chopped, 8 oz of cheese (your choice)-cheese can be cubed, diced or shredded, 1 green pepper chopped, 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 slices of toasted bread & cubed, 3/4 cup melted butter (1/2 cup and 1/4 cup portions), 1/2 cup crushed cormflakes. DIRECTIONS: Combine the potatoes, cheese, onion and green pepper mixing well. Combine the bread, milk and 1/2 cup of the melted butter in another dish, mix well and then stir into the potato & cheese mixture. Trasfer it all to a baking dish. Make a topping out of the remainng melted butter and cornflakes. Top the casserole with it. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.
