INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups very warm milk, 2 tablespoons shortening, 2 Tablespons Brown Sugar, 4 -5 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon yeast, 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon salt. DIRECTIONS: Heat Milk, sprinkle yeast over top of milk and allow to dissolve. Add shortening, egg, sugar, salt ans flour; mix well. Let rise 15 minutes, punch down and let rise again for 15 minutes. Workout and let rise another 15 minutes. form into rolls. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until brown.
